How Is This Rating Determined?

don’t live here!

I have lived here a few times & i will never go back. these apartments can’t keep a manager & are so unorganized. i haven’t lived here in 5 months & i still get charged a monthly maintenance fee! there is never any way to get ahold of anyone & no one is ever in the office! don't live here!
