Avoid this place

AVOID THIS PLACE!! This is the worst apartment complex to move into. They have a really bad pest problem in which they do NOT perform regular pest control although you pay for it. My ac broke 3 times while living in the apartment one night I attempted to contact the property and was told that my broken ac was not an emergency. It was 90 degrees outside and I had two children in my home. They are attempting to charge me for the normal wear and tear of the peeling poorly resurfaced tub and for… stains left in the tub from chemicals used by maintenance when they came to unclog my tub. Living in this complex was a very traumatic experience and I wouldn’t reccom Anyone to live here. With all the additional changers added to your rent ( utility billing fee, and extra trash service fee added to the valet trash, and an occupied electric fee) you could live in a real luxury apartment. This place is not luxury at all. It is so bad that I am planning to take my testimony to the news outlet to warn everyone to stay away from this place.

At Lakeside Villas, we take all resident concerns seriously, including maintenance requests, pest control services, and move-out charges.… We understand that service issues can be frustrating, and we strive to address concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.

We would also like to clarify that pest control services are available to residents on a weekly basis. Due to allergy concerns, residents are asked to schedule pest control treatments as needed. Our team remains committed to promptly addressing all reported pest-related issues.

For safety reasons, maintenance staff are unable to perform A/C repairs during overnight hours. While air conditioning outages are taken seriously, after-hours reports are assessed based on established emergency maintenance guidelines. In situations where service cannot be safely completed at night, the repair is scheduled as a priority and addressed first thing the following morning.
We understand that experiencing multiple A/C issues can be frustrating, and we strive to respond to all maintenance requests as promptly and effectively as possible.

We value all resident feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns in greater detail, including your move-out charges and any maintenance-related issues you experienced during your residency. Please contact our management office directly so we can review your concerns and work toward a resolution.

Non refundable deposit doesn't go toward move out charges

You're charged a non refundable $175 deposit but then when you get your final move out charges, the deposit is not applied. So the deposit is nonsensical. Also, they charge you for wear and tear

Worst decision ever

They don’t care here it was a bad experience finally moving out after 2 years staff is rude it’s noisey not worth the pay. My family and i have been through enough of bad luck here just be cautious if you do decide to move here..
