I love my apartment itself—the interior has been great, and I’ve had no issues with my actual unit. My complaints are strictly about the outside of the property and how it’s managed.

Parking is terrible, and management doesn’t know which garages are occupied, so we’ve been waiting for them to check for openings. I need a garage ASAP or I’ll have to contact corporate.

Since I moved in, the gates have almost always been open. I had to ask for access codes, and the only codes I received were for... my building and the pool—not the entrance gates. I still don’t know my gate code, although it wouldn’t matter because the gates are always open. In Building 7, both exterior doors don’t lock, yet residents were threatened with a $250 fine for propping doors open. We reported it, but nothing has been fixed.

The office rarely answers the phone, there’s only one dumpster for the entire complex, and it’s always overflowing. Nancy has been wonderful, but management needs to do better. Read More

Residents I’ve met since moving in have been very friendly and welcoming. The pool and lazy river are great amenities and the apartment is modern, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living here so far.

unit and layout is great and nancy from the office is amazing. she helped us find the right unit and answered all our questions, however the other office staff are rude and intimidating. even after we moved in the staff keep giving us looks.

The property is nice and quiet! The management team has been helpful. This is my first full month on the property. Let's see what the next few months will bring!

I've had a good experience here for the most part. The staff has been amazing especially when I've experienced some issues that impacted my family. They have been understanding and helpful, especially Nancy. It is much appreciated.
