The Duvall Apartamentos

Major upgrade from where we used to live! It is peaceful and I love that management is always on alert about drug use on the property. It doesn’t smell of weed like others! They crack down and will even threaten with eviction if there is smoking in the apartment! Great place if you have kids! It’s a nice oasis for homebodies like us! Elevators are a plus! And they have options for you to have a yard!!!

The only con I have is the material they used to build the complex. It is cheap material. But... other than that, it’s great! Lee mas

The walls are paper thin and the neighbors play their music excessively loud. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly. It’s unfortunate that it takes extremely long for gates repaired. The unit itself is nice and comfortable. I won’t renew my lease.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great! The closets are spacious and there’s plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen for all my appliances. I love the lazy river and other amenities. Maintenance is always quick to support when needed. My only complaint is if you come home after dinner time on a week day there’s no parking to be found within the gated area.

I love the community, and everyone is the office is friendly. When I make service request maintenance comes promptly. Great property and safe place to live!

The apartment complex very peaceful, relaxing, and quiet plus the office staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. I think I’m gonna enjoy living here.
