Resort at 925 Main Apartments

I've had the pleasure of living at Resort at 925 Main for six years now, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a truly resort-like atmosphere. The recent landscaping updates look fantastic—they’ve really enhanced the outdoor spaces and added a fresh, inviting feel to the whole complex. The location is unbeatable—close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, making it easy to get around.

The amenities are... fantastic. The pool area is always clean, and the gym is well-equipped for any workout. There’s also a great clubhouse where residents can relax or host events. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and an open-concept design that makes the space feel even bigger. Plus, having an in-unit washer/dryer is such a convenient perk!

One of the biggest reasons I’ve loved living here for so long is the amazing management team. Jerson, Kim, and Maria are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. Whether it’s a maintenance request or just a general question, they’re always quick to respond and so friendly. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community here.

We lived in a two bedroom for a year while in transition. Very nice apartment, grounds are kept very nice. Everything is always clean. Great office staff, great maintenance, great neighbors. Nice finish out in the apartment, granite counters and hardwood floors. Location is superb! Overall, a great experience.

Love the property, great location and full of amenities. The office staff is amazing... I would recommend this property to anybody that likes to live in the downtown area close to restaurants and bars.

This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Ashley. When I say Ashley was so enthusiastic about her job, you can tell she loves it, and all the residents seem to love her as well. She was extremely patient while trying to figure out our needs as to what would be ideal for us since we are moving from a house to apartment living and had major concerns. I'm able to say this only, after visiting a host of other... properties, no one can beat Ashley's level of service. At the end of the day, Resort 925 stood out not only for the quality of the apartment, and the location, right on Main Street. Did I also mention the apartments subfloor are constructed out of concrete, talk about a minimize noise from neighbors! If you live on the west side of the complex, be prepared to sleep at 75 degrees. The A/C is awful, I live on the top floor and turn my a/c to 76 during the day. I came home today and it's 78 in my apartment and won't get below 74. Can't wait for August. I'm happy to leave after this year and save.
