Unsafe Apartment

So many car theft incidents taking place in this society from past 6 months. Random homeless people coming inside and trying to enter empty apartments and knocking other doors. Leasing management don’t care about these things, they just tell to call 911. They also don’t inform residents about these incidents so that people will be cautious. Stay safe and be at your own risk.

Beautiful Apartments facing canal.

Apartments are good. What impressed me most the behavior of Leasing officers specially Claudia. She understands the future resident requirement and come up with the available apartments accordingly thus making Leasing Hasle free and very smooth.

Recomiendo ampliamente este residencial por su seguridad, tranquilidad. El personal de la oficina y de Mantenimiento de la Infraestructura es super amable, cumplen lo que prometen, y es un lugar perfecto para vivir. Lo recomiendo he tenido una experiencia muy agradable, además la ubicación es super adecuada, hay disponibilidad de transporte publico, supermercados, centros comerciales cercanos, restaurantes, bancos, en fin cualquier consulta quedo a sus ordenes, un día llegue a este país y Dios… puso personas lindas que me ayudaron, ahora deseo ayudar de la misma forma. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para vivir. RFP es perfecto para su futuro hogar. Dios los bendiga.

Beautiful Apartments near Airport.

Its a great property in the vicinity of Corporate offices and Airport. The Leasing Staff is amazing, which helped a lot in giving me the best deal out of the box. I preferred it due to the
closeness to my office, scenic surroundings and its closeness to the DART Station. The neighborhood is having the access of all the major eateries and other basic stuffs within a mile. A best Place to live in the Irving Area.

Not Worth It

Office staff is rude at best and incompetent at worst. Roaches and bedbugs are rampant, children play in the parking lot and scream bloody murder all night. The apartment office recently started making MANDATORY INSPECTIONS because of how bad the pest problem is! The apartments themselves are small and haven't been upgraded in some time. You can definitely find cheaper apartments with better office staff somewhere else. The only upside to the complex is the location, but at what cost to your… wallet and hygiene? STAY AWAY!!!
