Terrible Office Staffing and Management

I applied for a townhome-apartment in February 2-22 still waiting for approval 4-23-2022. Very difficult to work with. Found that the renting process was difficult to deal with and staff was disorganized. Never called back or followed up with issues or problems that came up.
VERY dissatisfied.

Love it

Been here for 5 years I feel very safe here love the office staff always friendly. Pool is always clean grounds are kept very well. Workout room could be updated but equipment is in excellent condition. Computers are great
