It's okay

In my opinion it's to over priced for it's condition. Biggest problem for our apartment was the ac constantly went out, and the plumbing wasn't that great either. The toilet and shower constantly clogged even without flushing tp or anything else down. Although if you put in a work order they would take care of it in a timely manner. When we first moved in i noticed the air vent had black stuff on it (mold looking stuff) the tub spout couldn't be pressed so I was never able to switch from shower… to bath, and the turn table inside the microwave wouldn't rotate. The pool was closed a lot of the time even though it's hours said only closed on Monday. Also people would leave dog poo wherever even tho the facility had stations with bags and trash cans. The dishwasher was okay, worked well enough. Garbage disposal wasn't that great either. The fridge was a solid 9/10 never had any problems and was a decent size for a family of 2. Getting packages delivered to their secure mail box was a pleasant experience never had an issue with a missing package. Although we did constantly get mail from many previous residents in our normal mailbox. Best feature in my opinion was the split water bill. Our water charger was almost always somewhere between $20-$25. When we moved out they charged us a big cleaning fee stating things like dirty air vents in the description even though they were definitely dirtier when we moved in. It wasn't a terrible place to live but I was glad to end my lease.

I Miss This Place!

I’ve since moved from here, nearly a year ago. I miss the office staff & maintenance workers. Everyone was always sweet & any maintenance requests were promptly addressed, even during the lockdown. Unlike where I live now, Kelsey never made me feel like I was yesterday’s news after securing a lease with me. She is a sweetheart & always took the time to talk to me & hear me out. I’ve lived around different apartments throughout the U.S. & this one stands out, above all, as far as service, value &… amenities. God bless the Cornerstone Apartment staff, they deserve a raise for their hard work! Beautifully manicured property too!

Great place to live!

Me & my husband needed a place to live in Harlingen for one year & I'm so happy we chose Cornerstone Apartments! It's a quiet & gated community with an HEB right down the street. We felt very safe & loved how well-kept the property is. Kelsey & her team made it a great experience. Also, if you need any maintenance, they are there to help within about a day. Thank you Kelsey for being such a great property manager! ??

LOVE IT HERE............................

JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW MUCH WE LOVE IT HERE. OUR APARTMENT IS SO NICE, PLENTY OF ROOM , AND IS SO SUNNY.
HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE POOL BUT LOVE THE GYM AREA JUST FINE. WE HAVE GOOD PEOPLE LIVING AROUND US.
LOVE THE FACT THAT IT IS A GATED COMPLEX.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
THE OFFICE STAFF AND WORKERS HERE ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY.
GOING TO HATE IT WHEN WE HAVE TO MOVE.

Great Apartment Complex with Friendly and Competent Management.

I"m very pleased to have chosen Cornestone Apartments. As a Travel Tech, I had the management total assistance to rent my apartment in a fast and satisfactory way.
This Complex is maintained very efficiently. It's always clean, and if you have any problems in your apartment they are very quick to address it. The apartments are spacious and comfortable.
The management, Katherine and Julie, have been very friendly and helpful. They make me feel at home.
I will definitely miss them and this… pleasant place when will be time for me to go.
