Going on seven years living here , but this year the owner increased the rent by $200.00 making rent as much as a mortgage and cable will no longer be offered in our contract. Very disappointed .

Just moved in a month ago and have already had issues with management of the complex. Location is great but that's about it. There is no privacy, gated community but the gate has been broken since I've moved here. Maintenance comes into apartment without prior notice, l've asked if I could be told beforehand as I live alone and felt uneasy about this, I was told "we don't do that" with no other consideration, management gave me a covered parking spot only to change it without notice and give it… to another new resident and move me to a spot even further away from my apartment building. Poor design inside apartment, opening drawers conflict with others as well as the dishwasher/oven. Not a good start.. signed a lease for a year and will be moving out as soon as I can!!! Read More

Miserable. Can’t wait to leave. Management won’t resolve issues for tenants. Misleading as well since there is no free HBO and not all refrigerators have ice makers. For the price, you should get better service and attitudes ,

Management is horrible, very argumentivr. I have had a/c disputes since i moved here. Management does no listen. Many tenants have movrd bc of bad managrment. The management takes down the true reviews. I lived here 2 years i only stayed bc of the good location but now that won't even keep me here.
