The saltwater pool is a shared amenity and undergoes routine maintenance; it may occasionally be closed for cleaning. Please plan to check in before midnight to respect our neighbors’ peace and quiet. A guest sign-in form is required after booking as a screening process. Vehicle registration is required the same day as check-in to avoid towing. No pool parties are allowed, and any violation of pool rules will lead to a $500 fine and cancellation of your stay with no refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the pool area. Loud music is not tolerated in the pool area. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. No pets are allowed in the pool area. Proper swimming attire is required. Clean the grill and kitchen area after use and turn off the propane. All are swimming at their own risk. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are at the host's discretion. Late check-outs must be approved by the management team, or you will be charged for the next night's stay. Mail/packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Lease violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or trash issues will result in a $500 fine. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. Bugs can be present due to Houston's climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If a key/key fob is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $25 fee for a new key and $75 for a new key fob. If a parking pass is lost, there is a $50 fee to replace it. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided. The pool is closed during rainy weather or if thunder is present, and it is also closed every Monday and sometimes other days for regular cleanings. Using the pool outside of operating hours (8:30 am-10 pm) will result in a $150 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.
