Pool hours are 8:30 am-10 pm. Using the pool outside of those hours will result in a $150 fine. There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, and devices are in place to detect these activities. Tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. A guest sign-in form is required after booking as a screening process. A damage protection fee of $30 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. All guest vehicles must be registered the same day as check-in to avoid being towed. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $25 fee for a new key and $75 for a new key fob. If you do not return or lose the parking pass, it is a $50 fee to replace it. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and payment. Late checkouts must be approved, or you will be charged for the next night's stay. Mail/packages are not allowed to be delivered to this location.
