Smoking or vaping inside is prohibited and incurs a $500 cleaning fee; smoking and vaping are allowed only on the patio. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee per pet. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, with a $75 per hour fee for late check-out starting after 11:30 AM. Unauthorized parties will be stopped immediately, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund, and a $300 unauthorized party fee will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum. All TVs are smart TVs with apps for local channels, movies, and streaming services. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the kitchen. Please do not set the fan to 'On' or the A/C below 69°F to avoid freezing the system. When checking out or leaving for an extended time, please set A/C to 77°F to conserve energy. If hot water runs out, please allow time for the water heater to recover.
