A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Instructor and recipient of the 2025 CIPS Excellence Award from the National Association of REALTORS®, Pius has trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and beyond. Pius’s long-standing commitment to civic diplomacy is reflected in his work with Sister Cities Houston, where he serves as Chair of the Compliance & Governance Committee. In this role, he offers quiet structural support and advisory leadership to the city’s network of 17 affiliate associations, helping strengthen organizational alignment, governance practices, and global engagement. Pius also provides administrative continuity as the organization’s Interim Administrator, working collaboratively in the background to help sustain and enhance its international partnerships. In 2026, Pius celebrates a personal milestone—his 30-year marriage to his wife, Jackie. He is a proud father of three sons from a previous marriage and a devoted grandfather to two grandchildren, who continue to inspire his passion for legacy, leadership, and service.
