Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a penalty of $400. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge. If you fail to vacate the unit by 11:00 am, you will be responsible for a new cleaning fee of $120 and $50 for every 30 minutes that pass.
