Very disappointing experience
When I toured the property I noticed the restaurant Lucille’s being only a stones throw away and asked the property manager if it got loud ever which she replied “not at all”. I moved in to a 4 piece jazz band blasting music in to my window every Thursday evening and every saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am - 4:00 pm. Awful. Poorly done reno; nothing ever works and the maintenance team can’t seem to fix anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Do not live here under any circumstances
Very loud music 3 days a week. I’m walking a full piece band blasting a trumpet in your ear on Thursday’s, Saturday’s, and Sunday’s. It’s miserable. Bad maintenance team too, won’t fix anything unless it’s extremely small and easy

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK
if you live on the first floor you will hear the person above you VERY clearly and it you live on the 2nd floor the celing will leak when it rains hard no matter how many times they come out to "fix" it. if you live on the side of lucilies you will hear them yelling and playing music on thursday nights and on the weekend morning. if you live on the right side of the complex you will hear the dogs at the day care barking starting at 6am EVERYDAY. Also i created no damage to the apartment and they... are saying i created sheetrock damage as well as a pet deodorizer fee even though there is no smell. instead of getting my $650 deposit back they are making me pay them $32. do your self a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Anywhere Else!!!
Horrible management. They would not work with me during Covid. Trying to make me pay extra when moving out. They reached out 30 days before contract termination to offer me $100 to commit to 12 more months rent. I looked at nearby competition and gave them 30 days notice. Now they say I owe them another month’s rent. Faucet was broken for two weeks before it was fixed. They do not want to have a grill in the concrete common area (because of Covid). Doors close depending on the daily humidity.... Lots of homeless. Park is ok but masks needed. I found a place nearby this is safer for Covid, safer to park, easy to grill, has pool, has view, and is closer to family. The difference in price is negligible.
