Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the 2nd-floor primary bedroom ensuite, a full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a half bathroom on the 1st floor. Additional spaces include a roomy office perfect for home-office work with a spacious computer desk.
A 2-car garage is available for use. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

There is a keypad lock on the front door, and you will be given the code after booking. Enjoy seamless self-check-in for your ease and comfort. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly.
