The home features a keypad lock on the front door for seamless self-check-in. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week, and pest control service is monthly. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
