Tiffany’s work background is in real estate, but more specifically in the closing process. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. After that, she worked for several years for a commercial title company in Greenway Plaza as an Escrow Assistant. It was here that she became extremely familiar with the real estate process. While working at the title company, she had the opportunity to work with many different types of clients – brokers, agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and investors. Working on such a range of transactions taught her the ins and outs of the process and also gave her priceless insight into the needs of clients. She understands the emotion that is involved for first-time home buyers, and she knows just how critical time is for an investor. Tiffany’s main work philosophy is to make the client’s experience as smooth as she can. In her mind, the goal is to keep the client informed and educated throughout the process.
