Easy access to I-10 and the 610 loop and just minutes away from I-45 and I-69/Hwy 59
Off-street parking in 2-car garage. The property sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We have a queen air mattress available upon request for parties of 5 or 6 which will fit in the private office room.
Both bedrooms have comfortable beds (one king, one queen), televisions with Apple TVs logged in to the following streaming platforms: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO max, Disney+, ParamountPlus/Showtime and Peacock.
Guests have complete access to the entire property (indoor, backyard, garage, etc.) except the attic and pantry.
There is plenty of storage space available.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed. Only approved guests may be present on the property.
Attached 2 car garage fits two standard size vehicles. (1 small SUV and a standard car will fit too) There is no street parking on our block and the surrounding street parking is limited.
