Move in was easy, Bella the manager is amazing. She worked with my timelines and help me get the best unit for my needs. The building itself is super clean and elegant with a 5 star hotel feel.

We recently renewed our lease at 7 Riverway. The act speaks for itself. The expectations that we had on first moving in, have been exceeded. The most impressive features have been the staff that runs this place, their competence, and their attitude. Of the various groups, management, leasing, consierge, maintenance, valet, all have been excellent. We intend to be long term tenants.

The elevator situation is awful! Unsafe and inconvenient! The concierge/front desk and maintenance staff are great! The valets are wonderful too!
