Es un lugar muy acogedor la verdad lo recomiendo ya voy para 2 años y ay vecinos muy amables cuidan mucho y cualquier cosa se arruina oh necesita remplazo rápido lo arreglan no necesita esperar meses como en otros lugares la manager es súper amable y te ayudo en todo lo que puede

Blanca, the property manager, is so fabulous! She is welcoming and vibrant, full of positive energy, and gets things done! Contact Blanca about anything and she handles it promptly. Her genuine care for the residents is what motivated me to sign my lease.

All of the tenants are polite. Lots of plants on resident patios. So if you want to grow vegetables or flowers, there is plenty of space and sunlight to do so. The property is kept clean. There is even a water filling station on site. The... neighborhood was quiet, except on weekends, when people would grill and play music while the kids ran around outside. There is life in the complex. As a single woman, I felt very safe during my time there.

I have lived in apartments my whole life and hands down this is the best property. The manager goes above and beyond to help the residents. She listens and understands issues and works quickly to resolve them. She is always so friendly and makes you feel at home. The property is always clean and maintenance is quick to fix issues. I am very happy with my apartment and glad to call this place home.

I am a current resident and I can not wait until my lease is up. The manger when I moved in was awesome but now they switch mangers and she is completely rude and will literally raise her voice to talk over you. The place is not dog friendly so don't even think about wasting your 400 dollars for the pet deposit.
