This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the unit, on the balcony, or in the community will result in a $600 penalty for treatment and odor removal. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; reservations will be immediately terminated, and you will need to vacate the unit on the spot and lose all reservation full payment; you will also be penalized with a $500 charge. Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way for whatever reason with the building leasing office and the building staff; all concerns, requests, and issues are communicated through the host and associates; contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation, and a penalty of $400 will be charged. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends; a noise violation will result in an $80 charge. A trash violation will result in an $80 charge. Guests must leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass; each item will cost $100 to replace. Cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g., someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.).
