8330 Carvel Apartments

You will not get what they agree initially. No response from management for any of your request. They never answer phone and their number is answered by someone who does not have any connection. Stay away from this management and appartment

This has got to be one of the worst apartment's I have ever been to, Not only are the apartment's poorly built the service is horrible. They closed the pool because 3 boy's were inside and they I even heard them swearing at them, And currently there isn't any water and it's been like that for almost 10 hours. They don't even half fix their stuff.

My move in was done in a very timely matter. I was helped by stephanie and she did a fantastic job with working with me. I recommend highly going to her. I also love the apartments they are very quiet and not to big. Thanks

Absolutely terrible management staff they are very rude and unhelpful and the maintenance never gets done the units are extremely old and dirty and their office is always closed and they never answer the phone it just goes to a call center that doesn’t do anything to help. Their cooperate office has no real phone number or address
AVIOD THIS PLACE unless you like roaches and being treated like trash
