My mom use to live here and the property wasnt great, but now, the staff and experience has been a lot different! I am leasing here now and have been satisfied with everything.

Lots of empty units with homeless and crackheads living in them. They go in an out of empty units like they own the place. Gunshots almost every day and night, drug deals and prostitution on parking lot. Save yourself a headache.

They are nasty , They say they are going to come fix something but never do . I’ve had a whole in my roof since hurricane Harvey and they never came and even looked at it . My a/c goes out ever other month , my refrigerator was broken for 2 months wen I moved in before they came out looked at it and left and didn’t come back until a few days later . As far as the mice , they never came out to the extermination, I got little holes in my walls . The only good thing is the rent is cheap .

Apartments are very nasty, has mice terrible ones. The workers are so sorry the office people will tell you anything!! They come to cover holes with foam that the mice will eat through, this place is horrible!! ALSO break ins every once in a while do not spend your money here!
