These apartments are fullllll and I mean full of roaches ... I opened my microwave and they were everywhere... they get in the dishwasher, the refrigerator, everything... you can’t sit a cup on the floor because there will be a roach in it for sure .. the manager is never available and inattentive to the property... nothing is new everything is replaced with old items and painted over .. they lied and said they replaced the carpet in my room but wen I moved it it still had stains .. i regret... the day that I first stepped foot in these apartments Read More

Ac was not cooling called maintenance tech and office before 3:30 maintenance arrived at 9:35pm maintenance was rude to my guest as well as he was rude to me being the resident. He stated it was an inconvenience for him having to come out to my apartment. He did not have any tools to check my ac unit . I had to tell him my filter had not been changed after numerous calls to the office. I have went over six months with out them fixing my tile in the bathroom the patch job done was horrible it has... started to fall apart again. My daughter and I have lived her for over 2 years and I am ready to move. Maintenance sucks here. There was this one time I had both of my bathrooms' toilets clogged and it took them to wait 2 days before anyone came out to fix it. They have roaches galore. Our neighbors on the side of us are nasty. They have even spayed via extermination only because others only in the building have complained. But it didn't work. I didn't move because I couldn't find another apartment before my lease was up.... The only reason why I gave them the 1 star that I did was because they are willing to work with you they have payment plan. However that will cost u an extra $50. Read More

OWNER REPLACES THINGS WITH USED STUFF, ROACH PROBLEM, OFFICE STAFF HAS NAMES MIXED UP IN DIFFERENT APARTMENTS WRONG NAME IN COMPUTER ON WHERE AND WHAT RESIDENTS ARE LIVING IN APARTMENTS, MAINTENANCE MAN IS SORRY JUST FIX AND NEVER REALLY REPLACE OR REPAIR CORRECTLY.

Nice apartments bad area it sit on a main street but the apartments is OK
