Rats Everywhere!!! Especially in the Townhomes
This Apartment Complex is a total dump not safe at all the works don't care about anything total waste of money it's disgusting literally trash is everywhere and it smells disgusting don't move in here it is a total scam

Don't waste your money on an application
I payed $200 on an application for two adults and then it turns out that the price for the rent that was quoted on the application was wrong. It was higher by $300 so my application did not qualify. The prices should be correct so that people know what they are signing up for so that you are not wasting your money. What a shame.

Unsafe
Shots every other day, gate is not secured, New neighbors Coming in and out of apartments and smoking weed,cars getting windows broken, not enough parking spaces, cameras not working, assaults, I was aimed at gun point with friends and their toddlers last year, at the beginning of my lease in summer I spent a month with a broken ac, water may go from hot to cold in two apartments I been here. Broken toilets pipes from the back of some complex are happening, so u can see all toilet paper coming... to the parking lot, dumpsters full of trash. Gate codes are being used by people who doesn’t live in the complex, they are from different places but uses this complex as a shortcut to the gas station or mc Donald’s.
