Ashford Court Apartments

I live here 6yrs it had its shares of ups and downs changing management but since this new management took over mr Ricky and his new maintenance guys has been on it none stop to make these apartments perfect again

This complex switches management every 6 months almost . Office never know what’s going on when you call they always have unexpected charges when rent is due and blame it on the portal or another company. But expects you to pay the balance anyway unfixed or they try to evict you out through court . I’ve had issues with my apartment since I’ve moved in . Balcony falling down , pest control issues , broken cabinets all toilets doorknob , lights you name it . Brought it to management attention... several times with no help . Offered to move to another unit because of these issues and they wanted to force me to pay a transfer fee . Even asked about moving out since I’m unhappy with the apartments . Now trying to force me into a eviction or broken lease which is unfair . I have all proper documentation from emails to text messages to my move in list where I reported all issues in 2022. I’m definitely sueing this complex and I’ve reported them to the apartment association waiting on a update . My apartment has mold in the bathroom been growing for months . the place is great close to schools and shopping malls. great management. rent is manageable. Ms. Leslie in the management dept is awesome person to have. very content.

I am a new resident of Ashford Court Apartments as of August 2023 and am enjoying the quiet community. I have already made use of the complex's various amenities, as well as, explored the beautiful outdoor scenery where paths are great for running, walking pets, and even just meditation! I would definitely recommend Ashford Point Apartments as a place to live. It's a family friendly community with schools, parks, and restaurants near by. Lastly, the new management and maintenance crew are time... efficient and precise when making repairs. Men I love these apartments .They are very clean ,peaceful ,spacious and well maintained ,no violence no dramas .The staff is super friendly especially Leslie she knows to handle her tenants very well she is very sweet and helpful person and makes sure everything is in good shape .i hve been living in this apartment for 2 years I never had any problem ,they always takes care of their tenants and very welcoming.xoxo
