Ashford Santa Fe

Worst place that I've ever lived. Washers and dryers are constantly broken and don't completely dry clothes when they are working. The apartment has flooded twice, once with backflow coming up through the kitchen sink and again through the bathroom sink. Repair done to the wall to fix the plumbing is awful. I came back to someone parked in my spot and brought it up with management, who told me that I was never registered in that spot despite paying for a sticker and signing up for it. There are... no outlets in the bathroom, which are required by code. The apartment is infested with cockroaches, and when the pest control came by, nothing changed except they left a single sticky trap underneath the kitchen sink. The gate to get into the apartments was ripped off its hinges. It feels much safer outside the apartments than in them.

Edit: I was moving out and needed a payment history for the new place. They would not answer phone calls or emails and when I went in person they just told me to email or call them, which of course they still didn't even reply to. They tried to charge me a full month of rent and short term lease fees for my last few days, when it should have been less than $200, they charged $1400. I have attempted to call all 3 of the numbers they gave me 15 times and only got answered once. I went in person and they told me they would fix my bill within a day or two, which they didnt. So i had to try and call them again... they finally fixed it after I got lucky and they answered an email.
Upon moving out they told me they would be open til 5, when I went to turn in the keys at 4:30, the office was empty. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable. I would suggest that if you decide to move in for some reason, try to give them a call first before applying online. Read More

I’ve lived here for about a year and I’m glad to see the property has GREATLY improved and love the new staff in the office they are always so nice and helpful!!! I decided to renew my contract another year!!

I really like this apts i have always had problems on my past apts because they would never come and fixed my stuff but here they do it immediately. The leasing staff if very friendly and try to help the most they can. Its in a good location, theres a school by and a corner store a church etc. Am very comfortable here i do recommend this apts.

Parking very bad here! Must pay 30.00 dollars more a month for reserved parking covered and uncovered, There is very little parking not reserved. Lived here a week and had my car towed! Because noone explained to me reserved parking included uncovered spaces too. There are roaches galore and the appliances are outdated. $ days after moving in refrigerator goes out water everywhere. Exterminator comes once a week for all the property! Looks like it going to be a long year! Living in an area... where there are multiple children they throw garbage on the walk way and stairs!
