Excellent place to stay. A gated security system with good maintenance. Manager Laurie is very good on maintaining the property. Quick response to any issues and taking care of residents. About maintenance guys, quick and helpful on fixing the issues. Good equipment in GYM, Movie night for kids. I have never seen such a apartment like Augusta court before in same price rage . Thank you for taking care of residents.

Moving from out of state (NY->TX) I have to say Jenn was great in helping me find the right apartment and made me very comfortable with the move! I was taken on a virtual tour to multiple units and the whole property. Jenn even continued to follow up after hours. Getting everything done was a breeze and I recommend this property to anyone!

Every since this complex has been taken over by new management it has gone downhill. If you call the office for a y problem-you can’t get a hold of anyone. MaintenAce will say they fix something (ex:dishwasher), but it won’t be fixed and they will argue it is. They took away the cameras that monitored the garage. They took away security; then finally hired someone who I NEVER see, but they will say “she walks around”. If you have an emergency, you cannot call the officer, but you have to... email/call the office who will call her then she will come which can take an hour. Not safe: there used to be a security person on the property who you could call at any time for suspicious activity, loud noises, car breakins, but you are not able to contact security directly so what’s the point? She says she walks around yet I’ve lived r here 8 years and since she’s started a few months ago I have never once seen her. Everyone is rude-the “security officer”, the office staff, it’s extremely disheartening. The elevators are constantly broken, the glass door to the lobby has been shattered twice in 5 months. Great location. I love being near the Galleria. Management team is very nice and friendly. Great gated community.

I am so glad I stumbled onto this little gem-! I have been here for six months and couldn't be happier. I love the ladies (Kim & Delva) in the management office; they are attentive, communicate swiftly, excellent attention to detail and are both SO sweet. You see them out and walking the property all the time! The property is safe. Key fobs for exterior doors/lobby's, security cameras all over the property, self locking doors on every unit and lights everywhere!! I love the fact that when... you contact the office, you get an immediate response. You have an emergency, 24HR service--and they are on it ! The engineering /janitorial staff - the best! I leave first thing in the morning and they are already in motion, cleaning the lobby's, elevators and grounds! Not to mention, there is never trash lingering in the trash/shoot room!!
It is so quite here-! If I happen to be in the front closet, I occasionally hear the elevator ding, that's it!
I am in the 1bed / den-2full bath unit, and it is VERY spacious! Upgraded appliances, energy saving washer and dryer--love my fireplace; again, I couldn't be happier!
