Nasty place

There nasty, rude, and will have your car towed. The entry is torn up, and will mess up your cars front end. Also the gate
entry does not have a workable code.
All trash containers are over filled surrounded by rats and other animals, probably with rabies

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE --

This is a horrible place to live. There are roaches, trash, the gate has not worked in over 3 years. There are water leaks and cracks in the walls and ceilings -- which due to the leaks has caused mold! the appliances are one hundred years old and in order to get new ones you have to pay for them every month with your rent?!?! where they do that at? they don't paint, they don't clean or change the carpets. maintenance takes days to put a band aid on what they call an emergency. there are people... there with illegal animals, there are raccoons, armadillos, snakes roaming around etc. they continue to go up on the rent, but they do not keep the buildings up. for those of us that are taking the best care of our living spaces and unfortunately have no place else to go we have to continue to suffer through this. they won't take care of the property, but the management and maintenance workers that are living rent free have all updated appliances, new or cleaned carpets and fresh paint on their walls. they are also updating the rental office with new floors, new paint, new furniture, new landscaping etc. I guess this is where the money for the rent increases is going. I am in the process of trying to find a corporate office or contact the news about this place. they are robbing us and we should not have to live like this when their rental office and apartments are in near perfect condition. there is nothing ok about this especially when you are paying your rent on time and in full every month. I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars....it doesn't even deserve one..

its okay... i guess

despite what others believe ms Betty is actually pretty nice... now the problems with the actual apartment itself... i got there the fridge did not work well... the maintenance man said that the appliances there were all original from 35 years ago when the place was built... the dishwasher wasn't very sightly... had black crust built up on the inside... bleach got rid of most of it but there was still a layer of grime on the inside that needed to be scrubbed off... kitchen light had issues... working... maybe a banister needs to be replaced. roaches galore... fog em gas em and powered em... still there... roaches are difficult to get rid of once you get em I know from experience from my childhood home. but keep spraying fog or pondering the place and they should leave in time... and to keep them out for good place roach traps in places you found them... toilets stops up occasionally and they don't have plungers in the office

Retired

This is not a great apartment complex but it is not very bad. The roaches are very bad and it is not kept up in a manner that is pleasing to tenants.
