My 3 stars go to all the staff & maintenance,they really do all they can to make the place better.
Unfortunately Bella Vida is an old apartment complex & the neighborhood is just not safe or appealing.
Roaches were the biggest problem in my apartment & once your neighbor gets infested,best believe you’re next.
Overall great management,wrong infrastructure.

I can say that my stay in this place has been hellish ... I have had some cockroach infestations that I have been to the point of intoxication from so much fumigation because the fumigation system of this condo comes in three drops and they leave ... you have to bathe with constant cold water problems with hot water you report it and they do not come to do anything and you continue, you continue to spend work paying rent, insecurity and one cannot be calm a lot of crime in this place…. The... office work should improve a lot because they take complaints as personal and they do not understand that one pays rent and we have our rights to live like this and against being mistreated when reporting a problem ... people who are thinking about it, think about it because for the duration of the contract they will live badly ... I am praying that time passes and my contract expires so I can leave and forget about this bad experience Read More

I moved in October 2017 and moved out April 2020. The office staff will listen to your concerns and will try to do their best to help. Maintenance man was awesome, he would fix everything in a timely manner and it will literally be fixed. The landscapers would have the apartments look very clean. unfortunately, there will be people throwing trash in the parking lot. parking is very limited, the flooring is new but cabinets and counters need to be updated. the crime would get worse until it was... time to move out, especially the corner store across the street. the gate will constantly be open from being broken. anyone running from the cops was able to come into the complex and hide causing dozens of police to search for them. the best part of living here is for it being convenient for restaurants and stores. The property manager needs to invest into the complex, please hire an on duty cop and do background checks on the people living here and be more strict. Read More

I have lived here 6 months, and for the mosy part have liked it so im not some evicted tenant with a grudge or anything like that...The units are very nice, the double paned high efficiency windows make a huge impact on bills the color schemes are attractive. Unfortunately where the property is on a corner where across the street is a very shady corner store and an even shadier tire shop behind it where the homeless linger at all hours, often there are guns firing over there quite often not as... bad sense ive started texting 911 every time i hear them. The lighting around the property is not enough to feel safe late at night being outside and when I got home last month there was a letter on the door saying there had been a home invasion and murder on the property so now i really dont feel safe living here. Its unfortunate because its a nice place just needs a full time off duty officer and lighting under the coverd parking and around the property would help eliminate the dark areas people can hide as well as fix the holes in the iron perimeter fence. I’ve been here for a year or so and have bombed the apartment a few times and roaches still return. They just started notifying of delivered packages to the office. The apartments are old so there will be issues. The maintenance man is very punctual and quick, so no complaint there, however the gates are left open and this has increased crime. There have been cars broken into, normally it’s peaceful but the surrounding gas stations have a lot of activity and people hanging out and police... officers and tow trucks always blocking main streets.
