Bellestone Villas Apartments

I moved here 3 years ago from Atlanta, not knowing anything about Houston, for work. This property was closest to my work place and is right off the highway (I-45). The property was a bit sketchy the first couple years I lived here, but with this year's recent change in management it has turned around completely. They kicked out all the goons and cleaned up/renovated the units. New A/C units were installed and electric is now included with my rent. I like not having to worry about a bunch… of different bills. Management is really nice and helpful; maintenance is prompt. I'm glad that they got new management this year because I was on the verge of moving out if things hadn't improved. I wanted to write a review about my experience at Bellestone Villas. First of all Samantha, the managing leasing agent, is amazing. She is professional, kind, courteous and answered all my questions about not only the apartment but the surrounding area as well. The grounds are clean and landscaped. The kiddy play area is adorable and well kept. When Samantha gave me a tour I noticed she was very kind and spoke to everyone we came in contact with. The apartments are clean and newly… renovated. I moved into my apartment in March and I have had very few problems but they manage to fix the small issues immediately. I love my town home and all the upgrades they are making. The apartment manager Samantha is also doing a great job at keeping things organized. My son and I feel very safe in our new surroundings

I moved here recently because it is closer to my job and because the way the apartments looked on the inside. The manager and the man who is sometimes in the office are very friendly. I haven't had any problems with my apartment and I can always find a parking space at night unlike my other apartments. I do recommend this apartments to any who wants to live here.
