It has been a pretty good experience, however, there is a lot of weed smoking in the lower level of my building that has not been handled and that is upsetting. On the lower level there are also dogs not on leashes that sometimes run up to my dog. It is upsetting seeing a few of the rules not being upheld but overall good.

Really great apartment and amenities! Area is walkable which makes it very convenient. Staff can be unresponsive at times but no other negative experience!

Very spacious and open apartment. Relatively quite complex overall. Excellent staff that are all very kind and helpful. Great amenities! The pool is ver nice.

So far 6-7 months into living here and im looking forward to renewing my lease.. staff is great as well as the maintenance. I wish the residents can be more responsible with their trash or following community guidelines
