I really like it here. Staff is good and handles any concerns quickly. Maintenance is fast and very polite. The building stays clean. Neighbors are great It’s a very good place to live
Only complaints I’d have if I had to is, the elevator is very slow and takes you on a journey sometimes, and there is a section on my floor that sometimes strongly smells like weed.
Over all do not regret living here, and would recommend it.

Great complex! Location makes it easy to get around Houston . Complex is clean and well maintained. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. I felt welcome from the 1st visit to move in .

It has been a pretty good experience, however, there is a lot of weed smoking in the lower level of my building that has not been handled and that is upsetting. On the lower level there are also dogs not on leashes that sometimes run up to my dog. It is upsetting seeing a few of the rules not being upheld but overall good.

Really great apartment and amenities! Area is walkable which makes it very convenient. Staff can be unresponsive at times but no other negative experience!

Very spacious and open apartment. Relatively quite complex overall. Excellent staff that are all very kind and helpful. Great amenities! The pool is ver nice.
