Had to give at least 1 star to post
Rules: Bbq pits indoor, plants only on the patios then complain the planters are too big, pool is rarely open, and these ridiculous rules come by email not by paper so hopefully people are with the times or you are screwed. 24 hour maintenance isn’t true either. Cinder blocks not speed bumps

Peaceful place
I just finished my 1st year here and I personally think this place is the most quiet safe and peaceful apartment complex in this area. I dont have kids but, there are Kids playing outside but theyre not bad or too noisy. There's no one hanging out in the parking lots with noise. I've never heard of or witnessed any negativity out here. Maintenance gets things fixed and keep the grounds clean. I hate the speed bumps lol and I wish there were more parking but I love it here, I just resigned my... lease July 1st

the place is good , clean,secure, workers are good.
5 minutes from my work ,my ac got fixed immediately my new dishwasher took only 2 days to be order and installed.need more parking only complaining everything else is good

i relocated from north Carolina about 7 months ago and i have to say i can truly call braeswood my home,the girls in the office are very nice the maintenance is always on time and the complex is always kept clean. In happy about my choice

ok
It is one of the nicest apartments in the area and affordable.i highly recommend the flex pay .I have the largest 2 bedroom and i honestly love the layout and i have washer and dryer connections.The staff is helpful.Older apartments but nice.
