Great Place & Perfect Location
Broadstone Post Oak is now managed by RPM and I have seen significant improvements in the property. I have lived here since 2018 and the previous admin was filled with empty promises of renovations and upgrades. I trusted them and only saw rent increases with no improvements. Since the new management, we have already received new carpet, painted walls, and the pool has been redone. Everything looks great and the office staff is very helpful.

This property has tremendously decline over recent years
My package was stolen from in front of my door, this is an enclosed mid rise, which you need a key fob to get into yet my package was stolen that cost $160. This was actually the second time a package of mine was stolen so I actually try my best to not to have things delivered if I can because I don't live in a safe environment, when I told the office they advised that I speech more money to get a ring camera. There are plenty of communities where you would pay comparable in rent and they have... security guards and security cameras. My car was also vandalized in the garage granted they are in between management right now and that happened under old management but there is no adequate security in the garage or cameras. another tenants car window was busted out maybe a week ago. There is no communication that has been coming out alerting of tenants of these crimes so I would like to just warn anyone looking to move here that it is not safe. I saw someone walking their dog around the pool people are having parties at the pool with loud music and weed smoking. I reached out to the new management company which is called RPM living I have yet to hear back. There are so many other nicer communities in this area I encourage others to look elsewhere.
