Very good apartments
I have lived here 2 times and both times I had an excellent experience. I never had a problem with any neighbors or management..this are fixed timely and to top it all I have 3 children and they have the option to go to a kids club that they have inside the apartment complex..that was of alot help to me since they help with homework and they also get to get a snack while they are in there. They get to learn different things and play as well. Very nice place to live and affordable.

pretty impressed!
I recently took a tour at Brookbend apartments. Very intriguing, profession, friendly staff. I love the fact they they have an after-school program for kids. The pricing is very decent for the amount of square footage and the complex is clean, seems to be maintained very well.

Great Leasing Staff/Quiet Environment
I've lived here for a year, and the property manager and office staff are so friendly. If you have a problem, they listen and provide fast service. If you’re looking for a quiet good environment this is it.

Excellent Staff
Have been here for several years and can tell you that management addresses any concerns you have quickly. Never have had a problem that they weren't willing to take care of. The manager (Jenny) is wonderful! If you are a responsible resident who wants good management, Brookbend is a great place.

Brookbend Apartment Staff
The best staff in Houston!!! I recommend Brookbend to an one that is looking for a new home. I just referred my mom here and she is as happy as I am. It has been a almost 2 years and I plan to stay plenty more. They are so friendly and truly care about the happiness of all of their residents. they always make sure they do things for the kids and have an awesome afterschool program.
