No maintence whatsoever

A/C broken for 6 months in Texas heat! Management was no help at all. No guards on the windows and nails coming out of the carpet. Only one of four stove tops work and garbage disposal does not. Too many addicts and drug dealers in the area. Horrible area for anyone especially those with children.
