This place is close to several freeway junctions to the North, Northwest and West areas which makes it perfect if you're looking for somewhere closer to work.

PROS:
They recently started replacing the old A/C units (outside and indoors) which dropped my electricity bill by around 20-30% since it was installed. LOVING IT since I'm a penny pincher!

Most of the areas around the location are within walking distance. Stores, public transportation, fast-food, Mom & Pop shops, and even groceries....

Maintenance always finishes in a well-timed fashion with an actual resolution instead of a temporary solution.

The maintenance teams and the office staff are very friendly.

Security gates.

Neighbors are friendly and do small community events (before COVID 19 happened).

Prices are surprising! I would recommend checking it out if you haven't.

Trash is picked up frequently by staff, keeping a lot of the "public" areas cleaner than what I've seen at other locations.

It has a pool, but wouldn't recommend for adults. Its kind of small, but works well for kids during summer.

CONS:
Randomly, people will play loud music in their cars at night on the weekends, but it happens far less and in between than it used to.. so its still a CON, but improving into a PRO as time carries on.

Summary:
Haven't had any major issues and would gladly recommend the overall service & convenient prices. I have little knowledge on the schools around the area, so I recommend doing research beforehand. Read More

Tanya helped me and she is very positive and friendly. She was working on my application as I was sitting there. This is definitely a great place to rent because I see how professional the office and maintenance staff were working together. The resident that I bumped into said she's been there for 17 years....Most people stay here and don't leave which says this place is really a best kept secret. They work with credit issues and are very straight forward and pricing is affordable. Other... complexes while apartment shopping they were unreasonable with wait times, higher deposits, unprofessional because they are so big they look at their tenants as rent money. I live here already 1yr and 6 months. Property Is well taken care of, great price (we have security officers,working gates) and good Customer service. Mrs. Marcia and Mrs.Tania are so nice always make you feel welcome.when my unit needs something fix they send the workers in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this property.Ooo and it's near alot of buissness from,grocery,pharmacy and fast food restaurants.

I can't believe they actually have the nerve to list this property. Rotting wood, busted windows, trash everywhere. Neighborhood is just past a nice area of Antoine. The block is crowded with businesses so traffic is a pain. Graffiti everywhere. The entrance to the property is actually on the cross street, W. Tidwell. The rent is extremely cheap and it is apparent that the property is not being maintained. Complete thumbs down on this location.
