Great apartments!
Great apartment community that is peaceful, well-kept, with upgraded apartments for an affordable price. The location is amazing with the mall only 7 minutes away and downtown is 25 minutes. Really enjoy all the Smart phone apps for making it more convenient to live here.

Such a dump
Drug deals in the open, loud music at night, rodents and raccoons living in walls and ceilings. Cant keep gate working. Don't live here.

Cockroaches and more
Non smokers beware, you will get second hand smoke inside your apartment from your neighbors.
Found cockroaches our first night here. Snakes and spiders in every bush.
New management does not have their computer system in place. Maintenance request and complaints are written in sticky notes and not followed through.

Wow!! I'm a happy happy New resident and truly happy with the staff in the office they truly deserve to be recognized for the hard work and effort.. thank you staff and keep the hard safe work up..I'm a happy happy resident..I sleep so good feeling safe I want everyone to know this is what I call home sweet home....
