This is the worst place they do not care about you and it's infested with bugs like bees, ants apartments flood and they do not care

The property is riddled with crime and is in a general state of disrepair often. Water is shut off about every month or every other month for some reason or another. Crime is rampant in this community with cars being broken into and drug dealing in the parking lots. The cameras they have set up in the parking lot do nothing to prevent this. The biggest warning I have is to families with children, this complex does not prohibit smoking inside the apartment. For our entire one year lease our... downstairs neighbor smoked cigarettes inside which lead to our apartment constantly smelling like an ashtray and causing adverse health to our young son. I lived at Cimarron Landing for three years and it was a very good experience. The management staff were very professional and anytime I had a maintenance request, it was attended to promptly. I would recommend it to friends and family.

First never have hot water, management unprofessional never fix any thing , staff will lie on u and thet not properly trained, trash dumpster always full running over, stuff comes missing out ur apartment.
