Concord at Gulfgate

The Apt itself is huge for a one bedroom the space is awesome. The kitchen is not cramped, so many cabinets for storage. The apt it self comes with washer and dryer inside apt inside a utility room that is very roomie enough to hang and store all brooms mops and vacuums and buckets i installed a cloths line to air dry my other clothes. The bedroom ..I have a huge king bed and i still have room for all my dressers (3) the large walk in closest hold another dresser inside, and still plenty of room... for more !!..You will really love your new apt.!! It hasn’t even been a month since I moved in and someone stole my tires of my Honda CRV my truck was left on blocks and I wasn’t the only one that night. Two thefts happen in one night, supposedly their is security walking around but I never see them. The apartments are gated all around but crimes still happen. The apartments should invest security cameras at least in the entrance and exit. We pay a lot of money to live here & we should feel safe in the place we call home. Security cameras... should definitely be install after a robbery. Also if pest control comes on Fridays they should fumigate every single apartment the roaches here are crazy. I try to keep my apartment clean and I still see roaches everywhere. Also the carpet is not replaced it is just cleaned and the apartment is left with a strong odor (who knows if it’s even healthy). This was my first apartment and I shared it with two roommates. We lived in the 2bed 2bath unit and it was more spacious than any other apartment I've seen. The kitchen was huge. The staff in the office wasn't very knowledgable but well meaning. Maintenance was always timely and came when they said they would. We picked this location because of its proximity to U of H and we weren't disappointed. If I wasn't moving cities I would have definitely renewed my lease.

Love Love Love my apartments. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff handles all complaints in a timely manner.
