Concord Green Apartments

I have been here for two years and I have not had a worse time with apartment living and management than here. The manager Maria is rude and will not give you a straight answer on her own , and if she wants you to call her supervisor she'll give you a number that no one ever answers and as the message says leave name and number and they we'll get back to you and I'm still waiting on a call from first few months. I don't know how anyone can give a 5 star rating at this place. this complex is so... hard to move from it's like Hotel California you can always check in ,but you can never leave. I've asked management (Maria) if I can get Dish Cable I was told no by Maria only Xfinity and AT&T Uverse are allowed they are in co-hoots with each other you can get a better deal from Dish satalite and it can be put on a single 5 foot pole which will not hinder or bother grass cutting. When I as a tenants can not receive this cheaper cable company even that I am on a fixed income.
There is only one good thing about management there is an assistant Veronica as far as I am concerned she gets a 5 star from me. She is always willing to help and if she can she will help you , that is the only reason I'm still here maybe upper management will make her manager and I know she will fight for us tenants to get better ways to help us out ! that's anther thing Maria is always giving out this number for upper management but no one ever answers!

Been here 3-years and the place is very peaceful. Roaches have not been a problem for me, but then again I'm a clean fanatic. I live in a 2-bedroom with my children and we are very happy here. Unlike other apartments I've lived in, maintenance is great and get things done right and the office has always been very helpful.

its a quiet location but i have a one bedroom apartment with the dishwasher that doesnt work and isnt even able to be fully open to use. the complex is infested with little roaches ive used traps and stuff but the keep coming every time i walk into my kitchen and turn on the light, we are at war with the roaches. the office people are somewhat helpful, they just seem to always try to rush you out and they typically speak more spanish. and now they just made a rule that if we want reserved... parking we have to pay $40 per car every month at the time of rent. not exactly happy about paying for my spot monthly.
