Currently living here and have been here about 6 months and to say it in a nice way this place is not the vibe.the women in the front acts like she’s understating they aren’t your bathroom could be out of service for a whole month and they will not care at all the gym is always out of order the pool is always green and everything is just painted over any problems everywhere and I even spoke to a man that said his ceiling was on the ground for about 6 months and I saw it with my eyes save you... money on top of all the issues theirs building is surrounded by homeless people right at the light and they walk up and down the street at all times of the day Read More

My friend had black mold in her apartment unit. She went to talk to them about getting it moved. They treated her as an inconvenience because she asked them to do something about it. The told her that the maintenance man would fix the problem. He came an painted over it. She told them that it was still a problem and got cussed out. The maintenance man ask what did she want him to do about it? Paint over it again? If I could leave no stars I would . Tub paint peels off make your shower look so unappealing. Our supposedly “upgraded” apartment unit had bed bugs and it took them 2 weeks to send somebody and when they did we were NOT home and they didn’t even leave a note saying what treatment was done and if they’ll be back again . Neighbors stomp all night long and people do not pick up after their pets . Gate works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t . They will send someone to fix any issues 3 days before... the rent is due after you’ve been calling for weeks ! Management is extremely rude and unprofessional! Don’t let the stunning pictures fool you into moving here! Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere!

HORRIBLE!!!! Paint is peeling in bathtub, walls, and base boards. HAIR IS EVERYWHERE, maintenance never comes and when they do they knock hard and let themselves in with their maintenance key so there’s no trust or privacy!!! Leave a note or don’t enter the unit without notice or permission especially when rent is always paid on and before time!!!
