THE COURT AT OAK FOREST IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. I HAVE BEEN HERE TWO YEARS NOW AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS GREAT. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND TAKE CARE OF ANY CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY. NOT LIKE THE OLD MANAGEMENT. REALLY A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

Moved in last year
It is easy to pass this complex because it is long and deep with not too much frontage on Mangum, I wouldn't say it is a hidden gem but it is a nice place to live. The new management starting this year is SO much better, if I have a problem it gets fixed same day, or next day worst case, with no attitude, actually their pretty friendly. Lots of parking in the back. New paint and fixing up the place, all good. Great location, and the area is getting better by the week. I've lived in a lot of... apartments and I'd give this a solid A- for location and value, I like the size too - I don't like those mega complexes where it takes ten minutes to drive from the street to your unit. On the whole, a good place.

Great location, good value, now better management
I love the location, a nice neighborhood but also real close to the freeways. The area is getting better with new restruarants etc. The neighbors are nice and look out for each other. There's plenty of parking esp. in the back section. There's new management and the property manager Karina is real chill and responsive. Their doing a bunch of repairs on the property so I like that. All bills paid< I think a real fair rent I think cuz I checked a bunch of others nearby. No pool but I can't... complain this is a nice place, been here two years.
