Crossings at Berkley Square

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is not responsive, not professional, and do not appropriately tend to tenet issues. Not only that but upon move in the unit was dirty and had dead roaches everywhere visible and had a pest problem. Both in attempting to lease and in being a tenet they failed to in a timely manner contact me back or either they never called back unless I hounded them. They never fixed maintenance issues and even declined to do so. They said what they were... going to do and what they were not going to do. The place was so dirty the burners would smoke just turning them on and the fire alarm would go off. I never got to use the stove while living there. They refused to replace them, only the plates. The pest control never showed up. The walls are so thin and the sealing to the windows are so terrible you can smell when your neighbors are smoking although it is a smoke free apartment. Also, you could hear your neighbors conversations due to those issues. The air conditioner even stopped working and so did the freezer many times. Not only that but they were selective on who they towed. This silver car right at the gate was broken down with spider webs on the wheels and wheels missing and parts of the car missing which are against the policy on the towing addendum but would tow people for barely being over the line. Peoples families would park in reserved spaces and would never get towed, but if the apartment did not like you they would tow your car. Many times I even called the tow company to move a car in my spot and they never showed up, so I a healthcare worker during the pandemic had to park my car on the side of the street at night blocks away and walk to my apartment. I’m a current resident at the Crossing at Berkley Square apartments and I’m extremely pleased with how my apartment unit and location of the complex. Plus the staff and neighbors are fantastic I have not had any issues here and I’m happy to be on my second year of living here.

The Crossings at Berkley Square have exceeded my expectations! Have been living hear for about 4 years. Community is quiet and clean. Office and staff are efficient and have the best interests of their residents.-MReyesFajardo

I live here around 1 year and really enjoy the tranquility and how this place is really quite. I don't remember if I went to the office to remonstrate about anything, around 11 months now living here, I came 11 time once a month to pay rent and nothing more. Come enjoy staying your new home. I am sure you will like here.

this apartment complex is quite and nice we are very happy the complex is very clean and the maintenance is great and staff are very nice and helpful.
