If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except application fee, will be refunded to the applicant.

Best place you can be!!
I'm a current resident of St Charles going for my 4th year and let me tell you this place is fabulous !!! Letisia have done a fantastic job on selecting the residents and been on top of everything. The property is clean, quite,great for families, always looking top condition, and if for any reason you need any work done she makes sure that it gets work on right away. The property is small we are like a big family we are always looking up for each other and is very peaceful. I'm very happy to... The crossing at St. Charles!!
