Del Mar

So I made a complaint about a maintenance request in March And no one never came out to fix the problem so yesterday My selling collapse And damage a lot of my items I let the rental office know They sent some guys out to Halfway clean the mess up And Put some sheetrock up on the Ceiling I had to leave my apartment last night because of my asthma And go to the hospital They could at least Pay for my hotel Stay while they Work on my apartment I have a one year old daughter

Lack of maintenance

Don’t even have a month living here and they didn’t give the apartment in good conditions I didn’t have ac for 2 days and this apartment has been dripping water from everywhere all my clothes get wet and the office still hasn’t done anything!!!

Do Not Move Here... Roaches/Bad appliances Rude Maintenance

BAD AIR CONDITIONER UNITS. If you love living and sleeping in a hot apartment. Nasty swimming Pools. Roaches/Stray cats running everywhere. Dog poop everywhere. They tow your car and your guests. Ugly overgrown landscaping stolen stripped cars parked in the back. Sad sad sad

Pet Poop everywhere!!!

When I stayed here sewage water was coming up throw the floors smelled trouble !!!roach infestation!!!!! broke my lease to get out these apartment then the pets pooping everywhere also rude office people too…….
