My honest Review
I’ve had the worst move in experience here, just very unprofessional. I could go into details of all the issues I experienced.
While I like my apartment and the location, the rent is clearly overpriced. They also charge a lot for utilities like water, sewage and gas. I don’t understand having a gas charge with no gas stove. Unlike other apartments I don’t receive a bill from a third-party utility company, instead the complex supposedly receives a bill and then “allocates’ utility charges... between the residents. So ur not paying for ur own individual usage.
There has a been a lot of shadiness from the corporate office, like increasing the price of my rent after applying and trying to add an extra $100 to my move in fee. When I contacted Cynthia from the corporate office about being billed for utility charges before I moved in, she had a nasty attitude and let me know the amounts would not be changed.
The people in the office take a long time to do things, and at times purposely ignore emails/requests. They now want to charge a fee for access to the gym, pool and computer center and add all these additional rules. This should already be included in the high rent price. Maintenance has been ok.
Half of the apartments are covered in rocks on the ground so I don't understand why they have the lawnmower people come out every week and they start early at 7:45am and annoyingly get dust on people's cars
