They charge for everything! Act as if they are more than worth the price of these basic apts! -5/10 lol.

Don’t

management will nickel and dime you across the board and then will refuse or delay work leaving you dying in the Texas heat as you wait 2 weeks for parts. being next to a major highway means lots of noise and the complex has a near constant skunky smell.

Love it!

I've lived at Discovery for a year now, and if it wasn't due to a job opportunity across town, I would stay longer. The apartments are great and quiet! The staff answers all of your questions promptly, and the maintenance work gets done within a day or so. I love this complex and if you're considering moving to the area, look no further! Also, Allison was my leasing consultant and she is extremely patient and helpful! Kudos to all the wonderful staff!
