Hue on Greenhouse

I have just moved in and have never been happier with an apartment. It is beautiful and very quiet in my area. The elevators have broke after 2 days after moving in, for a few days now which definitely not fun on the 4th floor. The management are very kind and accommodating but seem to not be prepared for move ins etc. my move in process was a little shaky and trying to get in contact with them was not always easy. They were very kind and did make up for any inconveniences though!

I'm writing this to Connie and Hue Staff, how Awesome they are how I'm treated with Beautiful Blessings Service. As I give them 5 Stars ? and always coming through for me. Thanks You Connie for being there for me and the Service. I'm receiving definitely would renew my Lease, when come up again and recommend this apartment to anyone that's looking for a place call home with good service and good neighbor. Thanks You keep up the good work.

It’s a beautiful condominium with everything you need. Modern dishwashers inside, wide kitchens, perfect pool and beautiful patio with everything close to you. But that is all, management does not do a good job at enforcing the Condo rules. There are children running around the fitness center and the shared amenities, destroying and breaking everything in their path. The self pet wash is always dirty and so are the elevators and oh, the bathrooms near the pool never have paper towels. And don’t... get an apartment near the pool. Sometimes the security guard might enforce the pool closing times but if depends who is guarding and it gets noisy at night, not to mention parking is not fun after 7PM, so good luck. Pool rules are not enforced. Parking is scarce. Management does not reply to email communications. Grounds are littered with trash.
