Tenant

This property could be great if they simply put. Effort in completing the work orders. Repairing the leaks. The property is quite, the only thing bad is your vehicle is towed if you dont have a parking sticker. The property manger forgets to give you a sticker, or if your doors dont lock the tow company person will enter your vehicle take off the sticker. Post a picture with no sticker then tow it. The manager will stay its your fault. To bad the owner doesnt do something. Thats how the complex... gets its income.

improving little by little

they have cleaned the complex. new manager keeps the place in order and quiet
i've been here 3 month and i love it so far.
my apartment is big and the manager is always there when i need him
maintenance is very quick also
