Roaches, Mold, Flooding
You have been warned. Avoid this place like the plague, while it may look nice in the tour understand that this building is from the 1800's, there's mold, roaches and rats that have probably been there longer than we have been alive. While you may not see any of that on your tour, if you dont listen to this review and decide to move in there you will eventually see all of these things and wish you had just listened.

I love it here!
I moved in almost two months ago. My loft is huge and I love it. The leasing agents and management staff were fantastic and able to get me in the same week I applied! The cost is amazing for all the space, amenities and community. I’m so happy I chose East End Lofts!

Booooooo
Rude and passive aggressive management. Left a nasty note on my door. Also there’s fleas infested in the grass, they’ll do nothing about it. Dog waste in the hallways constantly. And cars get stolen and broken into, gate never works. Packages left in the mail area on the ground to be stolen. One of our packages was ripped open and searched, management has no cameras in the hallways so they couldn’t check to see what happened. Bad. Can’t wait to move.

Perfect EaDo Loft!
I am a current resident. We loved this place from the moment we came for a tour! Our loft is super unique and industrial and the price was incredibly competitive/affordable for the square footage and location. From the start, the staff (Jennifer and Megan) were very helpful, kind, and responsive about everything. They worked with us financially, and have quickly answered any question from maintenance to packages/mail. The lounge areas are super cute and the gym has everything we need! I office... from home and needed to find an apartment that worked for that, and our loft is surprisingly quiet/tranquil for being right in EaDo. I have never had an issue with parking (I think the higher up you go in the garage, the more spots there are which is fine for us living near the top floor.) Safety was also a huge priority from me living downtown and I certainly feel safe and secure around the property. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a downtown loft with a lot of character!
